I was born and raised in Wisconsin, Go Pack Go, but crossed borders to Minnesota where I now reside. Running has always been my go to work out and I have participated in an assortment of running races. Most recently, I ran a half marathon in the Grand Canyon! I work in ABLE (Activity Based Locomotor Exercise), a fitness and wellness program providing locomotor training and fitness programs for individuals with paralysis and other neurological conditions. Through ABLE and working with some of the hard working, inspiring clients I became connected to Unite 2 Fight Paralysis. Running is the perfect way to participate in something I enjoy and to support!

I have an identical twin sister, A favorite song that I can’t get out of my head: Old Town Road by Lil Nas X ft. Billie Ray Cyrus.
