Participate in the Movement to Cure Paralysis
Team Rodreick will be competing in the first annual (?) SCI Triathlon, an event they've created specifically for the SCI community. 
 
The triathlon will be a true family effort, as Dad Matthew will swim, son Gabe will hand cycle, and his brother Charlie will do the running leg.  More information about this Minneapolis event is available here.
 
All of the Rodreicks are training hard to prepare for the triathlon.  Daily workouts in the home gym, built after Gabe's spinal cord injury, have helped them establish a strong training base.  Now they're ready for bigger challenges!
